Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Refunds will be made on the following basis: Before 30 Days out- August 6th, 2012 – 100% refund; Before 14 Days out August 23rd, 2012 – 50% Refund. Due to facility requirements, refunds cannot be given for requests made after September 23rd, 2012.
